Cancellation, Refund and Delivery

Delivery

• Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed and sent with the contracted courier.
• The estimated delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose and is shown on the order confirmation page; it never exceeds the statutory 30 days.
• Any shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary.
• When your parcel is handed to the courier you receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled by writing to info@mediha.art before it is handed to the courier. If payment has been taken, the amount is refunded through the method you used.

Once an order has been shipped, the return process below applies instead.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

1. Write to info@mediha.art with your order number and your return request.
2. Send the product to the address we give you, unused, in resaleable condition and with its original packaging if any.
3. Once the product reaches us and is checked, the amount is refunded through your original payment method within 10 days at the latest.

For card payments, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Products without a right of withdrawal

• Commissioned and personalised products — made to your own specifications, so they cannot be returned.
• Products whose return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened.

Damaged or faulty products

Check the parcel when you receive it. If you see damage caused in transit, do not accept the product and have the courier issue a damage report. If the packaging is intact but there is a problem with the product, tell us at info@mediha.art with photographs within a reasonable time of delivery; the product will be replaced or refunded, with shipping at our cost.
