2. Essential features of the product

The name, quantity, dimensions, technique and photographs of the product are shown on its own page. The works are handmade; small differences in colour, texture and size may occur between copies of the same model.

3. Price and payment

• The sale price including all taxes is shown on the product page and in the order summary.
• Any shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary and added to the total.
• Payment can be made by credit or debit card through the virtual POS, or by bank transfer. Card details are never stored on the store's servers; payment is completed on the payment provider's own secure page.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is made by the contracted courier according to the delivery method chosen at checkout.
• The estimated delivery time is shown on the order confirmation page and never exceeds the statutory 30 days.
• Delivery costs are borne by the BUYER unless stated otherwise.

5. Right of withdrawal

The BUYER may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Notice is sent to info@mediha.art; the price is refunded within 10 days of the notice reaching us.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned and personalised products (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15).

6. Complaints

The BUYER may bring complaints and objections before the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence, within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.

7. Confirmation

The BUYER confirms having read this form and accepts that confirming the order places them under an obligation to pay.
